Wanting to go back,not caring about the consequences,
needing the security and care-free life we all have when we all small.
There were no worries, no big problems,nothing was impossible,or out of reach.
Pure, unquestioning love for your parents,joyful awe at all the world,
no serious decisions to deal with.
Yes I always wanted, dreamed of just one thing. to be a grown-up,
I didn't realize then all the reponsibilities that came along with that title.
The head-aches, the back-aches, the stomach-aches,the heart aches.
And now that I'm here, I finally made it, I can rightfullly be called a "grown-up"
and all I want is to go back.
