One way to find your friends is through the contact importer. Go to ‘Friends’ on the banner at the top of the page and choose ‘Find Friends’ at the bottom of the drop down list. Enter your email address and your password for that address. You can import contacts through as many email address as you want. Facebook will search your email contacts and find your friends through their address.

Facebook will bring up a list of friends and you can send them friend requests by checking next to their name. Once you have chosen the people you want to friend just click on ‘Add Friends’ underneath the list. Once they receive the request and confirm that you are friends you will have access to their profile.

Facebook will also provide you a list of people in your email address book that are not yet on Facebook. You can check that person’s name to invite them to join Facebook. You will then be prompted to suggest friends to help them get started on Facebook.
